Making A Purchase
Browse the web-site, where you will see the price it is including delivery less VAT.
Industrial seating accepts debit and credit card payment, bank transfer or cheque in advance of despatch.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express.
Please note that your Credit/Debit Card account is debited by our SECURE partner Streamline, a subsidiary of the Natwest Bank.
Credit accounts can be opened on request. Terms of payment for all credit accounts are strictly payment with in 30 days from receipt of invoice.
Shipping And Handling
FREE DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK mainland (excluding highlands of Scotland) - Monday to Friday.
Other destinations - email us for a quotation.
To keep prices as low as possible our chairs are sent direct to you by parcel carrier. Unless stated in the product description most items are flat packed for easy self assembly and delivered to ground floor (if palletised at curb side).

Industrial Seating - Customer Returns Policy Cancellation Rights.
All chairs are guaranteed - 2 years in normal use 2 years fabric - 2 years for 24hr use 1 year Fabric (unless stated otherwise)
Within 7 days from receipt of goods - refund or exchange guaranteed within 30 days of cancellation. (applies only to a purchase of a single standard chair as illustrated in our store - if you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one chair first)
Contact us within 7 days of receipt - Return the chair to us in re-saleable condition and original packaging at your cost - a re-stocking fee of £30.00 will also be charged at the customer expense.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement part or chair will be sent right away - please e-mail for a Returns address. No goods accepted without this authorisation.
We will handle your complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily - always acknowledging a complaint within 5 working days, notifying you of the timescale involved and keeping you informed of our progress. If you require any further information you may contact us by email , fax or phone - see our contact details. Our procedures are monitored regularly and updated and improved as required. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Trust UK Code of Conduct.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future nor pass your address to others. The information we will collect about you includes: name, address, phone number.
